Tippy has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and teaching since 2017.
She is an avid surfer, an Ashtanga yoga practitioner, a professional island hopper, and a modern mystic.
Tippy started her yoga journey in 2008 when she randomly went to a Vinyasa yoga class in Bangkok and found it as a great exercise to build strength for surfing. Little did she know at the time that yoga was moving more than just her body, but alchemically reprogramming her energetic frequency at a very deep level…
After several years of multi-style, on-again & off-again practices, she finally discovered Ashtanga yoga during her yoga teacher training in India. The practice took her down the road of self-discovery and personal transformation and since then she has dedicated her life to her 2 biggest passion: yoga & surfing.

Tippy teaches various styles of yoga from alignment-based Hatha yoga, Vinyasa flow, Yin yoga, and Ashtanga yoga. She is experienced in working with practitioners of all-levels and all body types, and her classes are centered around mindful techniques, breath & body awareness, and developing strength & flexibility for a healthy body and balanced life.
